We are looking for supervisors and managers for full-time positions with lots of good charisma and enthusiasm for our departments in Copenhagen.
We expect you to have relevant experience and a bonus if you have a relevant educational background.
As a person, you are structured, conscientious, reliable in meetings and good at keeping an overview. You also have a sense of order, hygiene and are good with people.
You will be responsible for a small team of café employees and youth workers and actively participate in the daily running of the bakery.
We expect you to be able to handle tasks within:
Staff management; including training and ongoing employee development interviews as well as being part of the hiring process.
Contact with suppliers and internal communication between departments.
Stock and goods management, especially with a focus on daily operations as well as needs and weekly consumption in the department.
Food and hygiene control.
There is ample opportunity to develop on the job, both personally and internally within the company.
