STORE KONGENSGADE
Our first location on Store Kongensgade opened in 2019 - with vintage Italian interior decor, fresh baked sourdough buns, and pastries with lots of flour and butter.
You can find the small bakery in Store Kongensgade, a few steps from Kongens Nytorv, where you can explore The Royal Danish Theater, The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, and The Thott Mansion.
The bakery offers sandwiches, original pastries, juices, coffee a nice atmosphere, and seating in- as well as outside, where you can enjoy a BUKA treat in the sun.

GAMMEL KONGEVEJ
Our third location opened in the summer of 2022 on Frederiksberg.
Gammel Kongevej is an old royal road. In the 17th century, the king built a private road from Copenhagen to Roskilde, which was reserved for the royal family.
Here you can find our bakery, which serves sandwiches, buns, coffee, juices, and pastries all day.

Our fourth location opened in the summer of 2022 on Østerbro, a few days after the opening of our bakery at Frederiksberg location.
Opening a location on Østerbro has been on our minds for a long time. The area is known for its wide boulevards with exclusive shops, cozy cafes, and exquisite restaurants, which is a perfect match for BUKA.
The bakery can be found close to Trianglen, named after the triangular shape, Trianglen is a square on Østerbro, where multiple roads meet.

PRODUCTION
All our pastries and baked goods are produced in the center of Copenhagen.
Right across from Copenhagen court house, behind the building facade, we have our bakery.
From here, a combination of butter and flour is blended together, and our baker's creativity flows freely to provide you with all the pastries and bread that you see at our locations around Copenhagen.
